History

GIVE AN EAR FOUNDATION,

SINCE 2012

Give an Ear Foundation, founded by Viola Nwadike in 2012, is dedicated to improving the lives of African children with Microtia/Atresia and related conditions. Inspired by her own son’s journey with the condition, Nwadike recognized the lack of information and support available to families facing the same challenges.

Give an Ear Foundation aims to raise awareness about Microtia/Atresia and provide access to life-changing corrective surgeries and hearing aids. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their hearing condition.

One of our primary missions is to offer counseling services to children and their families, providing them with up-to-date information and emotional support throughout their journey. We understand the importance of addressing the psychological and emotional impact of living with Microtia/Atresia, and strive to empower families with the resources they need to navigate this complex condition.

Through partnerships with medical professionals and organizations, Give an Ear Foundation works to ensure that children in Africa have access to the latest advancements in reconstructive surgery and hearing aid technology. Our goal is to make a lasting impact on the lives of these children, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and participate fully in their communities.
